Cancellation Policy

An orderly stop that protects work, budget and rights

This policy explains how to cancel an order, project or renewal, when cancellation takes effect and what happens to active work and committed costs.

Cancellation Policy

Policy details

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Cancellation takes effect after Athar365 confirms receipt and the stop date. Advertising platforms and external services may require additional technical time outside our control.

1. How to request cancellation

An authorised person should email the client name, project or invoice number, service to cancel and requested date. You may alert us through WhatsApp, but email is the written record unless another channel was agreed.

2. Before delivery starts

An order may be cancelled before work or resource reservation begins. Any payment is handled under the refund policy after deducting an approved external cost that cannot be cancelled.

3. Active one-off project

When an active project is cancelled, new work stops on the confirmed date and we calculate completed work, expenses and existing commitments. Athar365 remains entitled to payment for completed work and approved costs. Deliverable materials are released after outstanding amounts are settled.

4. Recurring services and renewal

Recurring services follow the notice period in the proposal or contract. If none is stated, a non-renewal request should arrive at least seven calendar days before the next payment date. Cancellation is not retroactive for a period already in delivery, subject to mandatory rights.

5. Advertising campaigns

We act on a confirmed stop request promptly. A platform may continue spending or processing briefly until the technical stop takes effect. Actual spend, platform fees and commitments made before the stop remain payable.

6. External services and suppliers

Cancellation of domains, hosting, licences, printing, production, bookings and similar services depends on supplier terms. We will make reasonable efforts to reduce cost but cannot guarantee return of an amount the supplier refuses to refund.

7. Suspension or cancellation by Athar365

We may pause or end work for non-payment, missing inputs or approvals that prevent delivery, an unlawful content request, misuse, or a material inability to perform. Where reasonably possible, we provide notice and explain the settlement and available deliverables.

8. After cancellation

Access that is no longer needed ends. Confidentiality, intellectual property, outstanding payment and data-protection terms continue by their nature. Project data is handled under the privacy policy and legal retention duties.

9. Legal rights and contact

This policy does not prevent a mandatory legal right. If cancellation follows a service concern, describe it in the request so we can correct it or propose a fair resolution before final closure.
